I have in my possession a copy of the letter that the JIB/ECA sent out to operatives last week. The first part is a letter from the Michael Latham, JIB Chairman. Who announced in September that he would be stepping down from his position as JIB Chairman on the 1st January 2012. So this is likely to be his last piece for the JIB.
The letter publically states that the JIB/ECA do not support BESNA and have taken a positive tone on Unites decision to ballot of Balour Beatty operative.
The second part of the JIB letter goes on to point out a few of the faults within BESNA.
Finally, I would like to welcome the JIB into the 21st Century with regards to their website. For the last few years it has been a bit embarresing, awkward and lacking in every area.
